Wildflowers at Dusk is originally inspired by my walks in spring along Formby Beach and is an amalgamation of my memories of the beautiful dusk light reflecting across the water in my favourite tones of lilac and an imagined array of Wildflowers. I’d say it is an insight into both my memories and imagination. It combines colour, light and texture to bring a vibrant, joyful experience of spring.
